A team comprised of Victory Housing, Brinshore Development LLC and Bank of America Community Development Corporation was selected in August 2017 by the DC government to redevelop the former Hebrew Home site at 1125 Spring Road, NW, coming out ahead of six other groups. Our development plan was supported strongly by the community and endorsed by the local Advisory Neighborhood Commission. The 187-unit proposal consists of two new build components – multifamily mixed-income (91 units) and homeownership (8 units) – and a senior affordable adaptive re-use (88 units).
