The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has announced a $1.8 million grant is being given to Victory Housing Inc. for a Low to Moderate Income (LMI) Housing Electrification project. This grant will enable Victory Housing Inc. to replace fossil fuel-fired appliances and HVAC systems, upgrading to efficient electric alternatives at its Victory Tower property in Takoma Park.
