Each of our one bedroom senior apartments offers a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that is great for serving, plush wall-to-wall carpeting and bathrooms with enhanced safety features and step-in shower stalls. Trinity Terrace is a pet-friendly apartment community and handicap accessible apartments are also available.

Our friendly onsite management and maintenance team provides top-notch customer service and on-site maintenance and after-hour on-call service. Trinity Terrace offers a variety of amenities to help you live an active lifestyle. From a scenic walking path, our community room, a computer lab and library, we’ve got you covered. Our two elevators allow for easy one-level living and there is a laundry center located on each of the three floors of the building. Relax outside on our patio or in one of the many lounges while catching up with neighbors and friends.

Take a day trip to the nearby National Harbor, which sits beautifully on the edge of the Potomac River. Trinity Terrace provides multiple options for public transportation with our own community shuttle, a nearby bus stop and the Southern Avenue and Naylor Road metro stations are within 5 miles from our community. Run your weekly errands at the Rosecroft Shopping Center located just a half a mile away. Plenty of retail shopping is nearby between the Tanger Outlets or the Marlow Heights Shopping Center.

Victory Housing’s CONNECTS Life Enrichment Program provides residents of their Independent Living Communities with more than just an apartment. The program offers a variety of activities and services designed to promote residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
