Victory Crossing Senior Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a digital control thermostat, many LEED® certified amenities and a stackable washer and dryer. The living room and bedrooms feature plank flooring. Handicap accessible apartments are also available.

CONNECTS LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Victory Housing’s CONNECTS Life Enrichment Program provides residents of their Independent Living Communities with more than just an apartment. We coordinate a variety of activities and services designed to promote residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Residents can participate in a variety of activities, including health and wellness programs, educational workshops, social gatherings, and entertainment events. The program also connects residents with community-based resources, such as transportation services, senior centers, and in-home care. This helps residents maintain their independence and age in place for as long as possible.
Overall, the CONNECTS program offers residents a vibrant and supportive community where they can stay active, engaged, and connected.

Are pets allowed?
Our Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, birds and fish in small aquariums (20 gallon max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a maximum weight of 35lbs, full grown. A refundable pet deposit of $300 will be required at move in for each animal. Management must see all pets prior to their move in and has the right to deny any pet that may violate the community rules and regulations or be a danger to the Community. Breed restrictions apply.
Do you have affordable units?
Victory Crossing uses income limits developed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD sets the low-income limit for most units at 60% of the median income for the county or metropolitan area where you live. We can provide information on your area’s income levels and family size.
Rents and Area Median Income limits are provided annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are established based on the number of bedrooms.
