 Assisted living is an attractive option for seniors who need help with daily activities but are not in need of nursing care. Victory Housing began to develop assisted living communities for frail senior citizens in 1985. We currently own and operate six residences in Maryland:
Each of the facilities provides private rooms and baths, three daily nutritious meals, assistance with dressing and personal care, health care medication assistance services, housekeeping, laundry and various social and recreational activities.

| Personal Care and Meals: |
 Our committed and caring staff becomes familiar with each resident's needs and interests. They assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provide medication reminders. Residents also receive weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Emergency assistance is available around the clock.
Victory Housing residents enjoy home-cooked food prepared on the premises and served in the dining rooms. Three nutritious main meals, plus snacks, are offered every day.

Our homes are designed to create a comfortable and welcoming setting for residents. They are located in residential neighborhoods so that older adults can remain in their communities or live near members of their families.
In our small homes, residents easily become familiar with one another and with their surroundings. Each home has attractive common areas where they can share time together. Residents also enjoy quiet time in their private rooms, which they furnish with their own cherished belongings. |

| Recreation: | 
We encourage residents to be active and independent. A variety of activities are planned for their enjoyment. These include musical performances, games, crafts, exercise classes, and visits from local schoolchildren. Some residents participate in senior center and church activities. Others share favorite hobbies such as gardening or playing bridge. Visits from neighbors, friends and family are welcome every day. |
| Connections: | | We seek to meet residents' spiritual needs as well as their physical and emotional needs. All faiths are welcome to conduct religious services in our homes. In addition, Victory Housing has an active community volunteer program. Our numerous volunteers serve in many ways, from providing simple companionship to presenting recreational programs. |
| Affordable Fees: | | Victory Housing is a church-sponsored, non-profit organization. Our goal is to make assisted living available at affordable rates. No entrance fees are required. Monthly fees can be adjusted according to income for some eligible applicants.
