Victory Housing’s CONNECTS Life Enrichment Program provides residents of their Independent Living Communities with more than just an apartment. The program offers a variety of activities and services designed to promote residents’ physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Victory Square uses income limits developed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD sets the low-income limit for 87 units at 50% of the median income for the county or metropolitan area where you live. We can provide information on your area’s income levels and family size.
Rents and Area Median Income limits are provided annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are established based on the number of bedrooms.
