About Victory Housing

Victory Housing offers assisted living for seniors and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income seniors and families. We are inspired by Catholic social teachings to provide compassionate, dependable and loving care and assistance.

We are committed to building strong communities that are affordable, offer high-quality assisted living services, and are close to the metro DC area.

Victory Housing owns and oversees 32 communities providing 2,352 units of rental housing, including six assisted living communities.
