Nancy Wambua joined Victory Housing in 2006. She has held various positions with the organization,
including Resident Services Director. Most recently, Nancy was the Assistant Director of Grace House, where she successfully managed all frontline staff in the areas of care delivery, hospitality and clinical coordination. Nancy was promoted to Executive Director in July 2021.
Prior to joining Victory Housing, Nancy had a distinguished career in the telecommunication industry, focusing on international marketing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and a Certificate in Marketing. Nancy is a certified Assisted Living Manager (ALM).
In her spare time, Nancy is an avid traveler and has visited many countries.
