A team of therapists specially trained in geriatric rehabilitation provides physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Because mature skin is at greater risk for complications that can arise with wounds, access to proper and effective wound care is critical.
Lab and Imaging Services
Our partners use the latest advancements in medical testing to diagnose and treat internal medical issues accurately and efficiently. Our imaging and lab services, located conveniently in our service areas, are in facilities equipped with leading-edge technologies.
Nurse Practitioner Visits
Nurse practitioners (NP) provide primary and/or urgent care services as needed. The NP facilitates smooth transitions in care, encourages important discussions about care goals, and helps families make smart choices about curative care, palliative care and hospice care options.
Geriatric Psychiatry
Geriatric psychiatry focuses on preventing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating emotional and mental disorders in older adults.
Hospice Care
Hospice care is specialized care designed to provide support to patients – and their loved ones – during
end-of-life illnesses. Hospice care focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure. The goal: to ensure patients live each day as fully and comfortably as possible.
COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination Clinics
We require all employees and residents to be fully vaccinated, so we make sure all residents have easy, quick access to vaccines and boosters. COVID-19 testing is also readily available.
