OUR LEADERSHIP

Tyzanaya (Ty) Jordan joined Victory Housing in 2023.  Ty brings over a decade of experience working with older adults in Long Term Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living.   With a passion for seniors, she started her career as a Memory Care Director for Emerald Estate Assisted Living.  In 2012, she first joined Victory Housing as the Assistant Director of Raphael House. In this position, she focused on resident care, life enrichment programs and managed all direct care associates.   More recently, Ms. Jordan was an executive director at Spring Village at Wildewood, and a Regional Director of Operations for Woodbine Senior Living serving communities in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Ms. Jordan is excited to rejoin Victory Housing and is happy to be “home” again.
