Assisted Living
Assisted living is an attractive option for seniors who need help with daily activities but are not in need of nursing care. Victory Housing began to develop assisted living communities for frail senior citizens in 1985. We currently own and operate six residences in Maryland. Each of the facilities provides private rooms and baths, three daily nutritious meals, assistance with dressing and personal care, health care medication assistance services, housekeeping, laundry and various social and recreational activities.
Independent Living for Senior Citizens
Many seniors in our metropolitan area are able to live independent full lives on their own, but have difficulty locating an apartment that is affordable to a person with limited income. Victory Housing has provided solutions to that challenge, too. We have developed five apartment communities for independent seniors.
Multi-Family Rental Housing
Central to any strong community and to families, is housing. Over the years, Victory Housing has become an expert in providing housing that meets the needs of frail and independent senior citizens. We have also established strong partnerships with government agencies and charitable organizations to raise money and other resources that reduce the costs of housing, making it accessible to low and moderate-income people. Because of the severe shortage of affordable housing in the region, Victory Housing has become increasingly involved in preserving and producing affordable family housing.
