Once a convent, Mary's House sits just above the school on the campus of St. Mary's Church. This is the original Victory Housing community, and to this day it maintains its cozy "bed-and-breakfast" feel - and the lowest rates of any of our properties.
At Mary's House, we encourage our residents to enjoy an independent lifestyle while we provide all the conveniences of home, from delicious homemade meals to housekeeping services. Therefore, our residents have more time to socialize, participate in recreational activities, or just read a favorite novel. Our residents also enjoy peace of mind, knowing that when supportive services are needed, our caring staff members are there to assist them at no additional charge.
Testimonials
"Mom lived alone for the past twenty years but found it increasingly difficult to remain in her home. This past October she made the decision to give up her home and move in with my wife and I. It did not take long for me to realize that she needed more care than I could provide. At that point I began seriously looking for a home where she could get the care that she needed. I was very lucky. I had already visited five area group homes but none had appealed to me. A professional acquaintance suggested I look into Mary's House. What a blessing! I knew on my first visit that mom would like living there, so I took her to see the facility. She agreed and moved in shortly thereafter.
The staff at Mary's House is outstanding. I can't begin to tell you how good they were to mom. The care and attention she received was remarkable. I'm certain that few facilities can match Mary's House. Yes, some are shinny and new, but care is what it's all about, and Mary's House excels there.
